What if I don't have a proper floor plan?
You can just hand sketch your house layout with some basic measurements. Since we experts in building plans, we can reimagine your layout super fast.
Why are there no bungalow / newbuild / other building typology for selection?
We also provide architectural services for other types of buildings, but only by appointment lah. Just email us directly, and we’ll get back to you.
Does this common layout review include site visit?
Our Common Layout Review focuses on your house’s internal flow and planning lah. With your detailed brief and layout plan, we can understand what you need even without coming over in person.
Is this an international service?
This service is limited to Malaysia only.
Can I submit directly to the local authority using your layout?
No way lah, we strongly advise you to appoint us or another Malaysia Registered Architect if you need more architectural services.
Can I engage a contractor and build directly based on your layout?
This review is to solve your dream home layout and strictly for conceptual use only.
How many revisions can I get?
To keep the cost of our service affordable, we provide 1 time only revision after the online consultation.
Is adding additional floor part of the common layout review?
Our layout review is limited to existing floor level only. However, horizontal extension is allowed.
Does this common layout review include full architectural service or estimated construction cost?
No, this is not offered in the Common Layout Review.
How can I reach to you if I have additional requirements to my house?
You may tell us during the online consultation. The additional requirements will be reflected during the revision.
Can you expedite my design?
We believe good design needs time to develop lah. To keep things sustainable, we think having a healthy work-life balance helps us deliver better and higher quality work for you.
Can I get a refund / discount if the final layout is not up to my expectation?
Sorry lah, no can do. Hope you understand that the fee reflects our professional commitment, time, and keeping our services at the highest standard. We’ll make sure you get the best outcome possible.
